 | Mike Guerchon Senior Vice President, Employee Services Mike Guerchon has served as our senior vice president of Global Employee Services since February of 2011. Guerchon was previously Riverbed's vice president of Employee Services from November 2005 until February 2011. Before joining Riverbed, Guerchon was the vice president of Human Resources for Hollywood Entertainment, a $2 billion retail business with 29,000 employees. His previous experience also includes the role of vice president of Human Resources for Guess Inc. and All Bases Covered, an Information Technology outsourcing start-up. From 1993 to 2000, Guerchon served as vice president of Human Resources, Operations and Recruitment for IKON Office Solutions, an outsourcing, technology, and office equipment company acquired by Ricoh (RICOY) in 2008. Guerchon studied finance at the University of Arizona. |
